Ginette Martin

Ginette Martin was born in Marston, small village near Lac-Mégantic. After having completed an Arts certificate, dilevered by the Université du Québec en 1989, she devotes herself in developpping and improving her art. She uses all mediums, but greatly prefers pastels. The portraits she makes are endowed with sensibility and realism and are noticed by public.

Ginette participated in many expositions in Lac-Mégantic, Sherbrooke and Montreal. Out of the province, her artworks have been exposed in Winnipeg, Farmington ( Maine ) and Dourdan ( France). Beein a signature member of PSEC since 2003, she participated to many expositions at Ogilvy`s in Montreal.

In 2009, she received the grand prize from the Caisses Populaires from Lac-Mégantic with one of her pastels. Since a few years, she teaches her art to particulars and groups.

Ginette presently lives in Lac-Mégantic
